Great apartment, high in price for size units
Pros
Great management, clean, and pretty quiet
Cons
There are sometimes parties on the roof and the garbage rooms can be small but not a huge deal

Nice apartment in a good location.
Pros
Some of the apartments are recently redone with nice kitchen appliances. The AC works great. Management is super responsive when things break. Video buzzer system for letting people in. There is a basic gym in basement and a crowded room for storing bikes and doing paid laundry.
Cons
The backyard is very overgrown. The entry hallway is kind of dirty and smelly. Some apartments are 6 floor walk ups. The playground across the street can be noisy at times, especially when the ice cream truck plays its music for hours.
