Roaches, unit was not cleaned
Pros
The heat in the unit works great.
Cons
The unit was not cleaned prior to our move in date, despite having plenty of time to have done so. The unit has a roach issue (approx 8 roaches a day are sighted, so I don't even want to think about how many are around that I don't see). There's also a construction site on the opposite corner that tends to make loud jackhammering noise at ~11pm-12am.

Fine for a year
Pros
Big units, doormen were friendly professional and helpful, views, maintenance team was quick to respond
Cons
Street noise is endless at the intersection of port authority and Lincoln tunnel.
Advice to the owners
More frequent window washing
