Easy Hell’s Kitchen

Pros

Location is central for easy access to all things Manhattan. 24 hour doorman , elevators are a plus. My apartment has good sized windows.

Cons

We have had issues with mice. The bathroom has typical fast done work - small sink space.

Advice to the owners

Keep rodents under control.

Could be a little cleaner and nicer (especially the basement), neighbors slam doors
