Lovely apartment and neighborhood
Pros
The landlord was very responsive and helpful when there were issues. The building is well maintained and is in a great location.
Cons
You may have an issue with a rodent or two and it does get loud at night from cars on the street but that's to be expected when living in NYC.

Nice balcony apartment
Pros
Balcony and view are really nice Location, close to restaurants and subway station
Cons
Pipe really loud and noisy.
