Great location, horrible management/upkeep
Pros
Great location, Close to many trains, Neighborhood
Cons
RUN AWAY. The landlord is a cheapskate The management is unresponsive We’ve had several leaks, floods, problems with mold, pests, basic equipment not working like heat and a/c, so much disrepair
Advice to the owners
Get it together and take care of your tenants

Awful…Management company is terrible and short cuts fixing things.

Close to train; good restaurants nearby
Cons
Illegal basement, rats in the walls, worn out floors, multiple pest issues, no front door key, terrible job “fixing” things
Advice to the owners
Fire the management company
