Anh Test Classic Village Apartment in a Prime Location
Pros
You can’t beat the location—right in the heart of Greenwich Village, surrounded by amazing cafes, shops, and nightlife. The apartment has that classic NYC charm with exposed brick and high ceilings. Plus, public transit is super close, making it easy to get around the city.
Cons
The building is older, so expect some quirks like creaky floors and occasional maintenance issues. The apartment can feel a bit cramped, especially for the rent price, but that’s typical for the area. Noise from nearby bars and restaurants can also be noticeable, especially on weekends.

Incredible Super - cannot speak highly enough
Pros
Albert is the most incredible super I will ever have - he helped me put together my furniture and genuinely cares about tenants
Cons
Cockroaches! There are a fair amount in the summer
