Great location quiet street
Cons
Shady landlord lives in the basement and chain smokes which goes through the air ducts. They will lie and gaslight you to get you to leave. I’ve seen multiple people break their leases during my time there because landlord couldn’t care less. Beware.
Advice to the owners
Be a better human.
