Not expensive and has everything what you need
Cons
Poor AC system (smelly) Sound pollution from Exley Bar and highway Appliances are old including tiny fridge

Pretty good Williamsburg apartment
Pros
Relatively spacious with modern appliances Able to control heat and AC in each room individually Very soundproof so no issues with neighbors
Cons
Laundry room doesn't have enough machines Not enough hot water for multiple people to take hot showers at the same time
