Pretty building. Noisy neighbors.

Pretty area, quiet block, convenient location, near the subway
Cons
Low insulated building that amplifies noises from neighbors, sink bugs everywhere, angry super, absent property owner, random rent raises

Decent building, good location
Pros
Good generally clean building. Good water and heat. Good location. Elevator always worked.
Cons
Some noise from neighbors. Some small roaches. That’s all.
