Very nice building
Pros
Responsive management and great super. Laundry in the building. We have a dishwasher. Nice neighbors. Very close to prospect park.
Cons
The building allows smoking which comes right into our apartment. Most windows don’t have screens. Some roaches occasionally.
Advice to the owners
Don’t allow smoking
