All about money. Cheap materials used. Lived in the illegal basement and many floods, multiple repairs needed. Refused to fix
Advice to the owners
Next time they rent an illegal basement at least have it safe to live in and hazard free. Lost so many documents due to flooding, had bed bugs and mice. Upon moving was conflict and difficult to get my deposit. Not nice people. Ask other tenants and you will get same answer. That place needs to be shut down. Has mold as well due to many floods
