Worth the short stay only
Pros
Nice neighborhood, neighbors and house IF repairs were not at absolute cost of tenants.
Cons
The Landlord made no accommodations to receive rental payment, other than "must be on time". She was rude and refused to make any repairs. Dishonest and actually audio recorded several times doing so.
Advice to the owners
Be kinder to those that are giving you their hard owned money
