Horrible management horrible neighborhood.

Nothing, I don’t recommend anyone lives here
Cons
Horrible management! Will take you to court if you dont pay rent but they never want to fix any issues in the building.

I used to live at this building and the management is the worst.
Pros
The rent was somewhat low and the transportation very accessible, parks nearby and lots of schools
Cons
The lobby paint is molding, the door is often broken in lobby there’s constant noise from neighbor and even super parties all week.
