Landlord does not care! Looks pretty, not worth it!

Small, very aesthetic apartments
Cons
Paper thin walls, you’ll pay for heat that never kicks in, dead squirrels living in the walls, unprofessional management, not worth the money.
Advice to the owners
Do better.

Everything you need, despite a compromising layout.
Pros
It offers a lot of amenities for a relatively cheaper price than other spaces.
Cons
Not a lot of natural light in the living room. Two rooms lack a closet space. It’s a bit of a walk to get to the trains.
