nothing special
Pros
lived on ground floor most of my life. some noisy tenants on the higher floors (a couple who argues on occasion). close to public transit and botanical garden. nice if you want a quiet area of the bronx.
Cons
new management fixes issues in time, but not immediately. landlord is somewhat responsive.
