Overall good experience living here
Pros
I loved my apartment here and overall had a good experience. Location is perfect and building has laundry in unit, elevator, and well maintained. My heater/AC would consistently stop working but management was pretty responsive and helpful with it. Management is very pleasant and easy to work with. Virtual doorman was great for when I locked myself out.
Cons
Roach problem!!!! I would see the occasional one in my apartment but the basement was pretty bad.

Pros
Clean, friendly atmosphere within the building with the neighbors. great location to transit and restaurants. Building services very responsive

Doorman would be nice
