Decent first NYC apartment
Pros
We did not have roaches in our apartment!
Cons
Every few months, the elevator would break. The dishwasher was old and really loud, be sure you check the appliances before you move in!

Exactly What You'd Expect With Low Budget
Pros
Located in an excellent neighborhood. More affordable than most other apartments in the area. There's a gym in the apartment. Very fast to make repairs. Great place for students.
Cons
Limited washing machine and dryers, and one of the units is almost always not working. The space for a studio is incredibly small, but that's the trade off.
