Close to pratt institute and shopping
Pros
Convenient location for coffee and restaurants. Near downtown Brooklyn. Ft green park is great. Historic building with ornate facade.
Cons
Completely mismanaged and unsafe.

Pros
Love the potential views and the lofty feel of this space, adore the large windows in each unit and newer appliances
Cons
Don't love the construction and the noise and the gym isn't great. The outdoor terrace is under construction
