Good location Easy access to bus 5 min walk yo subway

Bad landlord No cleaning Erratic landlord, change rent multiple times

Great condo building
Pros
Well maintained building. Very nice neighbors. Quiet street and great for a small family or couple.
Cons
The trash bins get filled pretty quickly in the back so perhaps needing some additional bins. But the trash area is well maintained!
