Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by 33 BOND ST LLC reveals a mixed management reputation. Many renters praise the staff for being friendly, responsive, and helpful with maintenance requests, while doormen are often highlighted as a positive. The buildings are generally clean and have good amenities such as rooftop spaces and gyms, although some complain the gym access can be restrictive or membership-based. Persistent issues cited include frequent elevator malfunctions, noise from neighbors, and occasional lax security enforcement. Additionally, renters report sharp rent increases, hidden fees, and occasional unresponsiveness from leasing offices. Balancing good building upkeep with better tenant relations and stricter enforcement of community rules could improve overall tenant satisfaction.

Expensive but OK

Pros

Does the job and the management people are very nice

Cons

Very expensive for what it is — including a very mean leasing office, the laundry room is a disaster, its a mess and half the machines never work, and things are always breaking (but they’re pretty responsive at least)

Advice to the owners

take better care of the laundry room it’s such a headache!!!
