Straightforward and easy to work with
Pros
The building's location is great. It's prime UES and leaves you in a central location to get anywhere in Manhattan but also all of the surrounding boroughs. Parking is also very doable here - a pain like anywhere in the city but you can figure it out.
Cons
No laundry, small shared hallways
