Building smells horrible, there are stains all over the walls and carpets. Spider webs all over the lobby and around the building. Rats and roaches also are everywhere. The ceiling and walls all have cracks and look like it’s about to fall apart. Management never answers the phone and rarely responds to emails, There is also a lot of favoritism from management regarding which tenants get their apartments fixed. Many tenants have apartments in horrible conditions with no help from management. Tennents with a parking space have to walk through piles of garbage to get to the garage. Building also has a permanent cigarette smoke smell Tennents
Advice to the owners
Please maintain the cleanliness of the building, and care a little bit about it and its tenants

Cons
Roaches/water bugs infested and management is non-responsive. (Great super, but he can do so much with no support) . Nasty carpets in the lobby of the building too and they never clean the laundry rooms
Advice to the owners
Remove nasty carpet and handle bug issue in basement
