definitely not bad for a first apartment
Pros
the application process was a bit of a nightmare, and the authority figures weren't all that attentive but it was always clean and cozy
Cons
not much but good memories there. everyone kept to themselves for the most part

Checked out Super/Management
Pros
The apartments are decently but the contractor took short cuts -- has experienced two significant water leaks
Cons
The super is impossible to get a hold of, even during urgent situations. Very defensive and entirely unhelpful. I had to resort to hiring outside help when he didn't respond and then got scolded
Advice to the owners
Make a complete change to building management and properly staff/train the doormen. They were excellent 4 years ago but is a revolving door of new faces who are nice but clueless
