Thin Walls, Roaches, Rats, Non-Functioning Laundry Room

Pros

Cheaper rent, good neighbors, elevator, relatively clean

Cons

Takes a long time to get a response from management; no contact whatsoever with the building owner. The laundry room is non-functioning… all of the dryers are currently broken. Roaches throughout the building, including my apartment. Rats in the basement.

Online payment portal needed, improve cleanliness and pest control

Nice building with a mix of families and younger tenants

Pros

Laundry in building, responsive super, dishwasher in unit, safe area, ACs in all units

Cons

Heat in the winter , garbage is all in the buildings and sometimes mice
