Clean and Comfy
Pros
Clean, management responded whenever we had any immediate maintenance issues. Good location. Management granted us a one month prorated extension of our lease.
Cons
Open shelving in kitchen (no upper cabinets), no drawers in kitchen. Rent raised in the middle of a two year lease, though this was stated as a possibility in the lease.

Shared garden space Great restaurants and bars nearby, also right by the G
Cons
Only 2 laundry machines per two buildings so you have to be smart about when you use them One of the laundry machines is often broken Building management are slow to respond or fix problems. Always responsive when they want something from you though

Put in more laundry machines
