Well Maintained Building in Family Centered Neighborhood
Pros
Lots of natural light, and safe neighborhood, but somewhat far from bustling side of Bushwick.
Cons
Ivy growing on the back of the apartment building which blocks light and lightly increases pests. Current landlord slow to respond.
