Haven't been here long, but
Pros
Love the location close to Prospect Park and awesome places in the neighborhood. The building seems to be kept up pretty well- at least my unit is.
Cons
Across from a women's shelter- can sometimes have sketchy interactions with the ladies that stay there, and they sometimes congregate on our building's stoop. One of my neighbors smokes, and I always smell it in my bathroom for some reason
