So far so good
Pros
Responsive management, helpful staff, friendly tenants, very convenient location, large units with really great closet space
Cons
Floors a bit thin so hear those above you .. or maybe my upstairs neighbors are just particularly loud

The Jeffersons Building
Pros
Good sized apartments with balaconies.
Cons
Elevators are slow and prone to breakdown. Some staff are not friendly but most are.
