Terrible management company
Pros
I used to love this building until it changed management last year.
Cons
Never hot water or heat. No security, huge theft problem. Apartments and common spaces have water bugs, mice and roaches. 1/2 the buzzers don't work.

My apartment was spacious and with a nice layout.

nonexistent maintenance, rampant theft, noise 24/7
