The location is perfect. Only 8 units in the building with longtime neighbors.
Cons
Landlord/Owner is unresponsive, rude, entitled, lacks all empathy, and its very money hungry.
Advice to the owners
Infinite profits are not a viable strategy for longevity. Have a heart.
