The super is great and very responsive Neighbors are all nice Spacious apartment for the rent Roof access Heat works well Trash is well maintained Very close to A and 1 trains Remodeled kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher Pets allowed
Cons
Stairway gets dirty and not cleaned No elevator Water gets turned off frequently for construction, with less than 24 hr notice Small bugs in summer (rarely roaches) Water pressure isn’t great WiFi through spectrum is hella spotty Walls are kinda thin
A lovely place to live!
Pros
I enjoy living here a lot! Great location to subway and people who live here tend to be respectful and awesome. There’s a mix of families and singles. The super is responsive and the management companies take care of problems really quickly.
Cons
Some street noise even in the back of the building Some people smoke in the hallway. Buzzer doesn’t always work

Deter people from smoking in the hallways of possible
