- Street noise felt like you were right beside it - Heat went out during the winter - Ceiling leaks - Unresponsive Landlord - Mold Issues - Insect Issues

This building is a GEM!
Pros
On-site super who is very responsive, attentive and keeps the building clean (both inside and outside). Quiet building Very clean building compared to others I’ve lived in and visited in the NYC area. Laundry in the basement is a plus! We have been here almost two years and have never really had any maintenance issues.
Cons
We had an issue with roaches because of a former tenant but it was quickly resolved.
Advice to the owners
Ideally we would love to be able to have laundry in our unit.
