It could be worse
Pros
Nice quite neighbors, weekly cleaning of the hallways/basement, central air
Cons
There’s a hoarder who lives outside of the building and his stuff takes up most of the sidewalk, and the basement has a mildew smell.
Advice to the owners
Add another dryer to the basement! And contact someone about the hoarder clipping his toenails right out the front door.
