mostly well maintained walk up in GV
Pros
- heat/hot water/electricity work well - market units (non-rent stabilized) have dishwashers and W/D - location
Cons
- garbage & recycling situation could be improved with more frequent collection. area often smells and consists of piles. - cleaning of hallways / common areas should be twice a week.

Pros
Location, free laundry, helpful super, nice finishes
Cons
Hot water can be hit or miss, water pressure can be weak, and the trash from the restaurant downstairs can get nasty at times.
Advice to the owners
Add more hot water heaters or a boiler instead of small tanks.
