Best landlord I’ve had in the city, hands down.
Pros
Building and apartment in amazing shape. Good regular upkeep with very responsive and helpful super who lives across the street. Tons of cupboard space in kitchen, which has dishwasher. Rent stabilized. Very responsive owner and super. 5 min to Astoria Blvd stop. 15 min walk to Ditmars restaurants, and Astoria Park.
Cons
I wish there were regular pest sprays, and storage in the basement, especially for bikes. Another neighbor said he and his roommate didn’t get as good of treatment from landlord as I had.
