Clean, tidy and well maintained walk up building
Pros
Really surprised by the upkeep of the building and units. I’m only here for a month but appreciate the updated kitchen and bathroom in the unit and air conditioner units in the bedrooms. The regular cleaning of the common areas such as the hallways, stairs, and ground floor is top notch. Garbage maintenance is spot on — thank you to the staff and cleaning crew! I wasn’t here during the winter when heat was needed but based on everything else, I’m assuming the heat should be fine.
Cons
Even on the 5th floor, you can hear some street noise but that’s New York for ya! No nets on windows so flies and insects can come in easily.
Advice to the owners
Install full length window nets to prevent insects from coming into the apartments.

Beautiful bathroom, updated kitchen, great lighting
Cons
Windows were not insulated (and they are HUGE, gorgeous but freezing windows) and we had mice coming almost constantly from downstairs
