Landlord will refuse to fix bug problem

Nice building on the surface, big apartments
Cons
Building landlord will not send an exterminator for a known roach infestation. Landlord won’t answer emails or calls. Do not live here he is truly incapable of his job
Advice to the owners
Get a new landlord or at least one who will listen to his tenants
