Dysfunctional apartment building masquerading as luxury
Pros
Lots of natural light from big windows, "fancy" appliances, keyless entry, location (corner)
Cons
Management (including super), virtually no upkeep has been done on appliances so they're all in bad shape
Advice to the owners
Lessen the load of buildings your super has so he has enough time to be present for each one.

Apt Review
Pros
Relatively modern interior. Nice outdoor space
Cons
Have had multiple break ins. People got into the roof and graffitied the building. Water pressure is horrible. Management is slow to respond and unbelievingly incompetent.
