Pros
cleaner than most nyc apartments they have people clean twice a week in the lobby / outdoor area neighbors are very chill and from the ones i have talked to are very nice good elevator and is pet friendly, ive seen tons of dogs of all sizes pretty quite building & area in the neighborhood laundry in building & a laundromat across the street right near train
Cons
had a mice problem i called many times about it, all they will do is give you sticky traps & come seal any holes yet that only does so much. i ended up getting the old school mouse traps and in my year here, caught EIGHT - EIGHT MICE and i’m sure there are many more so disgusting. i move out in a month so hopefully i don’t have to kill anymore. in my last 2 months here, tiny roaches started to appear in the kitchen, often coming out of the dishwasher. its quite gross they are showing up way too often and i keep every thing pretty clean and given where they are coming in from i think it’s a building issue or coming from other apartments maybe
Clean and bug free- but TERRIBLE BUILDING MANAGEMENT
Pros
- clean units - pest control comes monthly- no bugs - units are nice - good location - nice amenities
Cons
- building management is TERRIBLE - didn’t have hot water for WEEKS one winter till i called 311 - the building manager stopped answering texts after a few months of me moving in - takes weeks to get maintenance repairs - some maintenance repairs don’t even get fixed - the lady who answers the maintenance calls is so unsympathetic and rude, never helpful. - neighbors are so loud - noise and music loud until 4 or 5 am. - loud construction going on every morning - reported gas leaks multiple times from different tenants. fire department called twice within the same month in my experience
Advice to the owners
they’re beyond helping. they just want to take your money.
