Never a problem
Pros
Quiet and good area, nice superintendent, maintained well. Very clean at all times.
Cons
A little expensive but so is every single other place in nyc lol

None doing good job as of when I left years ago

If you cough all your neighbors will hear
Pros
No rats in the building. Elevator.
Cons
The walls are so thin they might be made up of paper. I could hear my neighbor’s 2 hour long phone conversations every friday. I could her her coughing. One time the building had an issue with the gas, we stayed without gas for 13 months. They gave me a portable heater and an electric plate instead. The elevator is always out of service. Leaking issue in the lobby. Rude super. NO RATS THOUGH!
