pretty good so far
Pros
- easy access to subway & bus - grocery & laundromat nextdoor - nightlife nearby - well insulated brick walls
Cons
- they said it came w central ac and there is no central ac - there doesn’t seem to be a super besides the landlord

It was okay...
Pros
The building is in a great area when it comes to transportation. It's near the J/M/G trains. The apartment has a spacious living area.
Cons
The rooms are a bit small, there are some ants, and management is unresponsive at times. Laundry in the basement is a joke; drying your clothes sucks.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive. The stairway also needs some work.
