Pros
None. Apartments seem nice on streeteasy but they’re cheaply constructed.
Cons
The building is horribly maintained and management is insufficient and unresponsive. The heat barely works in river-facing units, the building is infested with roaches, and the front door is always open making it extremely unsafe. People get stuck in elevators and our mail is always stolen.

Terrible management company, building infested with roaches to the point where I’ve woken up to roaches on my face. management does the bare minimum to fix the situation.
