Great building to live in
Pros
Owners and super are very attentive and responsive. Respond quickly to any issues with the apartment. Have really loved living here.
Cons
It can be a little too hot in the winter

The building was clean, and the apartment was painted.
Cons
Very very small apartments for the price. 1 bedrooms turned into 2 bedrooms.
