Nice apartment, quiet area, ideal location-supermarket, post office, laundromat,
Pros
The building is very quiet, it is in an ideal location for whatever needs you may have. The landlord responds in a timely manner and is very understanding.
Cons
The water sometimes doesn't get hot but that is a rare occurrence, otherwise no complaints.
