Apartments are spacious and relatively clean.
Cons
Never once met the super, had various problems over 3 years and no answer from the super. Management has held my security deposit for months on end with no intention of returning it when I left no damages
Advice to the owners
Get a better super.

Location is the only good thing
Cons
The walls and ceilings are paper thin. I saw about 10 roaches in my apartment over the summer. The exterminator said the place is infested. Management is horrible at responding to any issues, building is dirty and old
