Good location, Good building, managment slow to respond to non-urgent issues
Pros
Never had an issue with the neighbors, right next to subway line. Heating/water is good
Cons
Owner takes a while to respond if they don't think your maintenance issue is urgent

Management unresponsive Do not want to fix things to the point of much larger issues
