Obnoxious building management
Pros
Good location, clean and newly renovated units, really nice doormen.
Cons
I found this management company to be completely money obsessed to the point where they nickel and dime you. The building being on 5th Avenue also makes it extremely loud.
Advice to the owners
Really consider if the units are worth such a high cost.

Amazing location Some of the best doormen ever Convenient laundry and trash facilities Roomy apartments Appliances generally good
Cons
A lot of construction noise over the past 2 years Solil (mgmt company) is rude and unresponsive
