Overall good experience
Pros
The building was kept clean, the other tenants are friendly and some are fairly long-term. They had an exterminator come check in regularly and took good care of the overall maintenance, so we didn’t need to ask for much.
Cons
We did have very persistent ants in the summers. The landlord’s responsiveness wasn’t great on the rare occasions we needed anything. Had to pay rent via check.
