Doorman, elevator, friendly staff, big units, laundry
Cons
Roaches in basement that sometimes made way to unit. Elevators under work a lot

Pros
Nice doormen. Quiet building and convenient location close to many stores. Elevator building. Great view of Hudson River from rooftop. Laundry room was clean.
Cons
Had a roach problem - renovated apartment but the building is old. Exterminator was responsive. So much pipe construction / repairs s- water was out for entire days at a time.
