Clean, balcony, mgmt subpar
Pros
New clean and nice building. Balcony,high ceilings, elevator, big kitchen/ bathroom.
Cons
Oven didnt work, management literally never fixed or even attempted to respond to my requests after appliances didn’t work and had damage from a storm. Water heater is terrible and finicky.
Advice to the owners
Either fix or replace shitty appliances, and respond to tenants.
Amazing apartment not so amazing landlord
Pros
apartment is great, clean, trash is always picked up, neighbors are generally quiet
Cons
can hear bar noise, the super keeps shit all over the hallway, stairways and lobby. You literally cannot get ahold of anyone if you have any questions. You can text the super with issues but he never responds, just sends a maintainence person to your apartment without telling you when. Our fridge was broken for more than a month and the maintenance people couldn’t fix it and no one would respond to us.
Advice to the owners
Please start using some sort of online portal. Stop having us pay in checks and text a man who never responds when we need help
